ZWOW #1

Hi guys,

Here’s the new version of ZWOW #1.  I’d like to re-shoot all the ZWOW’s, but it’s going to be a lot of work, and I rather prefer to focus my time and energy on the new and more exciting content. That said, I did the first round to get you started and it’s going to be up to y0u to finish the additional two rounds on your own. Try to keep the same pace. This is a very challenging bodyweight workout,  and this week we’ve done already 3 intense workouts, so even if you just do that one round with me,  and some stretching… it’s probably going to be enough for today. Have fun!

 

 Workout Breakdown:

1. Dive Bombers x 10
2. Burpees x 5
3. Squat Leg Lift x 20/20
4. Burpees x5
5. Side Plank Lift x 10/10
6. Burpees x 5
7. Pistol Squat 10/10 reps
8. Burpees x 5 reps

    Hi Z, I know this will kill me, but I hope I will get fit finally 🙂
    Is it good to eat carbs for breakfast like oatmeal or HGI fruit? Or not at all? and also if I’m eating carbs after a workout, do I still have to limit it to let’s say 30 grams or I can do more as long as I keep the portion size right? I’m trying to lose fat and build muscles and I don’t need to lose more weight..rather gain the muscle weight. Thank you z, xoxo

    It’s 10 dive bombers right? You said 10 but did 5. Just want to make sure. 🙂

    Just wanted to ask, does ZGym use a similar video player as Youtube? I love the option to go forward and back as I please without causing the whole thing to begin again.

    Hi Z, I think it’s a great idea to shoot just one round of the old zwows… I guess those who used to be following them and were disappointed when you had to remove it will be absolutely happy with that… Besides that, your home studio is much nicer than the old dark one where a lot of old zwows were shot.

    Definitely going to try this today. I say “try” because this was hardcore.. 😀 As I remember. BTw, great idea to re-shoot the Zwows with only 1 round going :)) It still is an extreme challenge for you, Z 🙂

    OMG! This is great! Like someone said here it’s smart just to do one round of this workouts, specially because some people might do it just once others wth may do it 5 times (crazyyyy). But we’ll just replay it the times we need!

    Btw, won’t you have any trouble doing them again online, because you said your previous “boss” had the rights on them! Hope not 😉

    I LOVE this workout! i remember when you did your comeback with this one, i was so excited you were back with such a great workout.i reminded me why i kept following you all these years 🙂
    your progress on your body composition from the first time you did it to now is amazing!

      There are 10 of those according to previous videos she did this workout and according to the breakdown. I guess Z will be angry with herself again finding out she did only 5 😀 I think it was not intention as she personally said there are 10 Dive bombers 🙂

        I’ve done this workout quite a few times and had it written down from way back when. I’ve always had 5 dive bombers in between each exercise…

      It’s explained in the FAQ – the last point, using gravatar.com…I wish I had read Z’s FAQ before just signing up, because she has a proper warning, but no biggie!
