ZWOW #1

Hi guys,

Here’s the new version of ZWOW #1.  I’d like to re-shoot all the ZWOW’s, but it’s going to be a lot of work, and I rather prefer to focus my time and energy on the new and more exciting content. That said, I did the first round to get you started and it’s going to be up to y0u to finish the additional two rounds on your own. Try to keep the same pace. This is a very challenging bodyweight workout,  and this week we’ve done already 3 intense workouts, so even if you just do that one round with me,  and some stretching… it’s probably going to be enough for today. Have fun!

 

 Workout Breakdown:

1. Dive Bombers x 10
2. Burpees x 5
3. Squat Leg Lift x 20/20
4. Burpees x5
5. Side Plank Lift x 10/10
6. Burpees x 5
7. Pistol Squat 10/10 reps
8. Burpees x 5 reps

    Oh My Goodness Zuzka!!! Thank you!! These are you at the core of what makes ZGym so special. As the other reviewer mentioned your followers from years ago will no doubt be thrilled with this…. I know I am …… I’m Sweating and looking pretty…. Go WarriorZ!

    Nice! She’s doing all of the ZWOWs again!!! I’m excited. I still have all of my results from the ZWOWs…it will be nice to compare to the new ones.

    Why going back to the old ones? Most of us done them already. I always look forward to the new workouts. Better to move on than going back. Just my opinion:)

      Zuzka is still doing her 3 or so new full (“PREMIUM”) workouts a week. The Zwows are an added bonus, filed under “Workouts”, and public. Zuzka and our growing community deserves to have all of the Zwows she created “out there”, and growing the movement 🙂 🙂 🙂

        Agreed! I find the old Zwows amazing, just as the new workouts, and the point is as Z always says, to comeback an beat you last score and see your improvements 😉

    Yayyy I did it 3R/19:12min with 10DB no matter what , I love all zwows and I can do them again and again. You’re the best Z

    Yay!!! I started working out with you when you were on ZWOW 30 something and this was the first one I did. My butt and quads were SO sore! I love this workout and even now it’s still challenging!

    I loved it! I did the Zwow#30, went past her time to 22 Min, and did a 4 th roundat 30 min 50 sec. I still have to do Pistol Squats assisted with a low bench beside me, but I can go all the way down now, which before I could not. So definite improvement. I even got a little nauseous towards the end. Finished with a loooong stretch and tonight I may do some Classical Stretch before bed.
