Hi guys,
I hope you’ll enjoy the improved version of this old ZWOW. Every challenge is an opportunity. Re-shooting all 70 Zwows is a challenge for me, but also an opportunity to give you something new, something better. So many of you know these workouts by heart, so changing it up a little should be more fun.
Workout Breakdown:
1. Manmakers with backward lunge shoulder press x 10 sets
2. Squat jumps forward/back Burpees x 20
3. Twisted Toe Touch Push Up x 5/5
4. Sit up to seated forward bend 20

Complete 3 rounds for time.

This one is from Lorna Jane – it’s reversible. The other side is yellow, but I never flip it because it’s already marked, and I couldn’t get it off 🙂

YELLOW!? My favorite color 🙂 I can see how that would be impossible to keep clean. But the thought of working out on a yellow mat is energizing – I’ve yet to see one, lol

You should try one of those mats that go under a treadmil or elliptical, not the super thick one but one you can roll after, Walmart has one if you have one near it, it’s big and won’t roll if you have hard wood floors, hope it helps.

I have the same mat as Zuzana! I got mine at Whole Foods Market. I had to show my bf that Zuzka and I shared the same mat! I bought mine before seeing hers in the video.

Yes that was a killer workout, challenging but fun…really felt it in the arms. Zuzka what do you do when your legs are really sore from the workouts besides the stretching? I find my quads and hamstrings are often tight. Even though I always stretch as well as warm baths with Epson salts. I feel the burn especially in deep squats, jump lunges, etc…which sometimes doesn’t always allow for full proper form.

Foam roller? You can roll on your quads and hams and glutes and along the IT band. Sometimes that does more to massage and release than stretching alone. Hopefully that helps!
