Hi guys,

I hope you’ll enjoy the improved version of this old ZWOW. Every challenge is an opportunity. Re-shooting all 70 Zwows is a challenge for me, but also an opportunity to give you something new, something better. So many of you know these workouts by heart, so changing it up a little should be more fun.

 

 
1. Warm Up Routine

2. Cool Down & Stretching 

 

Workout Breakdown:
1. Manmakers with backward lunge shoulder press x 10 sets

2. Squat jumps forward/back Burpees x 20

3. Twisted Toe Touch Push Up x 5/5

4. Sit up to seated forward bend 20

Complete 3 rounds for time.

    LOVED the workout as usual!
    Zuzka, why don’t you use some ballet moves in your workouts? Especially the ones where you stand on one leg with the feet in first position, and you do things with the other. They are great to target those small muscles in the butt! And they require so much strength in the core! But maybe it would a turn-off for the guys..so I don’t know

    26:11 – very sweaty and breathing heavily, loved it! Amazed myself at my endurance. I can feel myself getting stronger in my push ups.

    out of breath, out of strenght – but just for this moment. I believe I´ll take benefits of this killer for other Zworkouts…my time 22:26:-))…..now, I can die….

    This was really hard! 23:26. Did full burpees until last 10 of 3rd round. Used 8lb DB

      Nathalia, i like that idea. I hope Zuzka can give us a routine such as that, also I would like to see more free weight routines..i used to be a weight lifting trainer and I would like to see what kind of routine Zuzka can create, she’s Amazing. But I’m very appreciative of any type of routine she gives us. Ciao Angelina

        I used to lift weights at the gym also, but it wasn’t challenging and I didn’t like the idea of one machine for one muscle group…that’s why ballet, yoga and Zuzka’s workouts are so amazing! Good luck to us tomorrow, Angelina! Let’s see what she has for us

    Battle Proud Z, what a Great Idea!!.. I prefer to do your workouts at the same time with you, but I can easily finish them faster the most times, this is an easy one <3

    I have to workout on a empty stomach, then I eat afterward, to said this was tough is an understatement !!

    So… woke up at 5:30 am today, went to work and while scrolling on the net I saw this baby in my feed and for some reason push ups on weights get me excited 😀
    So finally home at about 7 pm in my w/o gear I thought sod it I’m tired if I finish one round its better than nothing.
    Done all three rounds with proper on feet push ups so proud 😀 in 25:40. Shower, food and rest now 🙂

    Dear Zuzana, you are amazing! Thank you for keeping us motivated and challenged and pushing our beliefs beyond what we thought there were the limitations of our bodies !In 2011 when i started with you i had no upper body strength as an endurance runner that i was, now i am the strongest i have ever been! You helped me create the journey of a fantastic progress that came from within. everyday you gave me the motivation to push a little bit further! I cannot thank you enough for everything you do! After sticking with you for 3 years, a week of training now looks very different than a week of training 3 years ago. Monday and Tuesday active rest days (tennis and dancing) as i am still recovering after a marathon i ran a week ago. Wednesday was JRC 3 and Cash 4 back to back and a good stretch to allow me to do your Zwow 2 today with no soreness ( 23 minutes, by the way, great workout, very balanced and extremely well structured). Friday will be Tabata and Power Yoga back to back , Saturday a gym session-lower body plus 5 miles run and Sunday another gym strength session-upper body and a 10 mile run. Your dedication brought me today to achieve all this! I feel and am stronger inside and out and i will be sitting here on Sunday night, proud and sweaty and i will thank you again and again! Zuzka, you are a legend! xx
