Hi guys,
I hope you’ll enjoy the improved version of this old ZWOW. Every challenge is an opportunity. Re-shooting all 70 Zwows is a challenge for me, but also an opportunity to give you something new, something better. So many of you know these workouts by heart, so changing it up a little should be more fun.
Workout Breakdown:
1. Manmakers with backward lunge shoulder press x 10 sets
2. Squat jumps forward/back Burpees x 20
3. Twisted Toe Touch Push Up x 5/5
4. Sit up to seated forward bend 20

Complete 3 rounds for time.

Woooow, it was hard, it took me 29 minutes and I can’t feel my arms. But I love this feeling 😀

2 rounds, 19:30. Couldn’t do a 3rd round as I don’t think I would’ve been able to do 1 push up with proper form. I’m blaming it on all the upper arm workouts this week!! My arms are so tired!

I almost stopped at 2! I forced myself to go ahead and do the last one very slowly and all with beginner modifications, because I was pretty dead too. Lol. SO MANY BREAKS!

I am stronger than i think, as zuzka says, finished all three rounds and beat zuzka, wow this was an awesome workout loved this my arms are dead, but feeling great its 11.10 pm at night uk england time, how i managed this after a twelve hour shift on my feet in a busy accident and emergency department, had been looking forward to do this workout all day and feel amazing afterwards !! pushed through like a true Warrior…yeah, thank you zuzka, sweating like a beast!!
