Hi guys,
I hope you’ll enjoy the improved version of this old ZWOW. Every challenge is an opportunity. Re-shooting all 70 Zwows is a challenge for me, but also an opportunity to give you something new, something better. So many of you know these workouts by heart, so changing it up a little should be more fun.
Workout Breakdown:
1. Manmakers with backward lunge shoulder press x 10 sets
2. Squat jumps forward/back Burpees x 20
3. Twisted Toe Touch Push Up x 5/5
4. Sit up to seated forward bend 20

Complete 3 rounds for time.

WOW! 36:55 using 10 lb weights and proper form…I’m beat! My shoulders are aching now haha! Put in some extra stretching time. I had SO much energy after completing the workout though, but now that it’s night time I’m definitely exhausted! Thanks for another incredible workout!

Hi Z and warriors;
I completed all 3 rounds in 34 minutes exact … I started with 15lb dumbells in the first round and then ended with 5 lb dumbells by the end. This workout was such a challenge!

A tough one for me as a beginner!! But loved it and I had to modified for 2 rounds and instead of 20 f/b lunges/burpee I changed it to 10….took me almost 20 mins

I don´t know if is my idea or this was the hardest workout of all of them that started on November 1° ??!! I really sweat like a pig to look like a fox hahaha ! Was a great challenge, more difficult to the real ZWOW #2, but I know, this is the key to see changes…Well my workout time was 26:54 . Before this workout I did another that was focus in entire body but with lot of elevated push ups, so when I start doing this one….oh my god!! was tremendous because my shoulders didn´t want to workout ! so I had to threaten them and then, they obeyed and work, tired but worked ! Now I´m ready to rest 😀

I did this before work and it took me 28 minutes on the nose. Just had to modify 50% of the pushups in #1, but not #3. TOUGH, but awesome. My mat was soaked 🙂 Because I do the workouts about 3 hours into my day, in general, I tend to have something light and FM about one hour into being up – today it was 2 eggs sunny side up, with a cup of spinach mixed in with turmeric, and mum and I both had our (mostly daily) 2 carrot, 1 apple, 1 beet juice. I add a scoop of hemp BCAA protein powder to mine :p This was I have energy and no lightheadedness for the workout, but am still feeling like my workout is “on an empty stomach”.

I LOVED this! Did it this morning in 25:16. I can’t believe what a difference it made to bring the arms all the way down in between each shoulder press. I loved all the exercise and felt like this workout was really balanced. Thank you for another great one!

Wow. I am catching up on workouts so I did this one right after the guns and pistols. I had to stop sooooo many times throughout….. BUT, I finished the workout. Thanks Z for helping me get back into it xo
