Hi guys,
I hope you’ll enjoy the improved version of this old ZWOW. Every challenge is an opportunity. Re-shooting all 70 Zwows is a challenge for me, but also an opportunity to give you something new, something better. So many of you know these workouts by heart, so changing it up a little should be more fun.
Workout Breakdown:
1. Manmakers with backward lunge shoulder press x 10 sets
2. Squat jumps forward/back Burpees x 20
3. Twisted Toe Touch Push Up x 5/5
4. Sit up to seated forward bend 20

Complete 3 rounds for time.

29:14. i had to modify drastically though. 9 weeks pregnant today! i only did 10 burpees each round (+3 since today is my 33rd birthday) but whew, i did hang in there with the manmakers even though i desperately wanted to modify and skip the shoulder press. so hard but so worth it.

Zuzka what do you think of Deer Antlers product.? A lot of people are talking about it on pinterest. .I know it’s a hormone protein, I just wanted to know your personal opinion. Ciao Angelina

This was such a great workout! It took me 26:51, but I did modify to accommodate my injured shoulder. I did the first round as Zuzka did, with 8 lb weights, then for the last two rounds, I dropped the weights, subbed in shoulder tap pushups for the mankillers, did the lunges w/out the shoulder presses, and did 20 alternative twisted toe touches instead of the toe 10 toe touch pushups.

I did that for around 30 minutes with a little rest between the forward/backward jump burpees , I did 6 then I rest few seconds , then more , then rest… the hardest thing for me is to keep up with exercises like jumping , burpees ,jump rope… most of the cardio exercises , maybe because I am with low blood pressure, but I want to learn my body to do this. Can you give me some advice how can I improve that,Im 47 to 49kg(103.6-108 pounds) , 163sm tall and I dont want to lose weight,only the clean my body and gain muscles.
ps. Sorry if I have mistakes, I’m from Bulgaria and I’m not practicing my english every day.

Hi Alice,
The only way to improve your cardio is to do more cardio. There’s no other way around it and these workouts that challenge you are the best for this. These workouts will help you build muscles and make you strong. Whether you lose or gain weight depends on how much you eat.

Zuzka, great! 26:38 with 10 pounds dumbbell, almost have forgotten these long workouts, but it was great! Thanks! I’m pretty worry because of coming holidays, I’ll be traveling and I don’t know whether I’ll have the possibility to make it regularly. Want to ask you how long you ever had a pause with your routines and how it influenced your form? I also will try not to give up of the Christmas cheating with the food 😉
