Hi guys,

I hope you’ll enjoy the improved version of this old ZWOW. Every challenge is an opportunity. Re-shooting all 70 Zwows is a challenge for me, but also an opportunity to give you something new, something better. So many of you know these workouts by heart, so changing it up a little should be more fun.

 

 
1. Warm Up Routine

2. Cool Down & Stretching 

 

Workout Breakdown:
1. Manmakers with backward lunge shoulder press x 10 sets

2. Squat jumps forward/back Burpees x 20

3. Twisted Toe Touch Push Up x 5/5

4. Sit up to seated forward bend 20

Complete 3 rounds for time.

    Aren’t hiit workouts supposed to be 20 mn. at most? Why this video takes 30 mn?

    Btw: One round took 20 mn so I did only one round but it was still challenging 🙂 . (My performance dropped after two-week-break)

    Hi Zuzka, team and warriorz,

    Day 06 of my 360 day challenge done. This routine took me a whopping 35:51 minutes. Those competition burpees!!!! Dammmmnnnnn!!!! Well, it’s done and happy for it, for sure.

    Yay!!! I beat my time by almost 7 minutes! The last time i did this workout was 12/09. I still used 16 inch box for forward jump on burpees and I did NOT have to go to my knees for man makers. Big improvement, i feel. I just love this workout. My time was 35:16 minutes and i warmed up with 10 minutes of 40/10 jump roping.

    I look forward to see what Zuzka does with Zwow #27. This one looks great. Any chance of moving ahead, Zuzka?

    Hello again!!
    I say again, as I used to follow your workouts FAITHFULLY every day. First 3 weeks, I lost an incredible 17 & 3/4 inches!! I cannot pinpoint why or when I stopped, but ewwww, what a nasty mess I have become 🙁
    Today is day 2, am super happy to see you and even tho I am back to modified routine I know very soon I will be keeping up to your reps and times again.
