Hi guys,

I hope you’ll enjoy the improved version of this old ZWOW. Every challenge is an opportunity. Re-shooting all 70 Zwows is a challenge for me, but also an opportunity to give you something new, something better. So many of you know these workouts by heart, so changing it up a little should be more fun.

 

 
1. Warm Up Routine

2. Cool Down & Stretching 

 

Workout Breakdown:
1. Manmakers with backward lunge shoulder press x 10 sets

2. Squat jumps forward/back Burpees x 20

3. Twisted Toe Touch Push Up x 5/5

4. Sit up to seated forward bend 20

Complete 3 rounds for time.

    After a fitness workout i like to use my foam roller and it really helps my calves after running. Quite painful at times though. I find after high intensity interval training workouts that my calves really tighten.

    OMG, this workout is a beast! I already did w/o in the morning (one of your old butt zwow 60 something) and now this one. I kept up with Z, there was no way I would be faster. Maybe b/c of those days in a month… or Im worn out, but who knows… TMI LOL.. anyway, this one was really tough and I love it (I love longer workouts too, just to switch it up from time to time)! Thank you Z!

    I dont know how I managed to complete this workout tonight my energy was low possibly due to doing two workouts per day this week!! i finshed way after Z, tough workout after a longday at work.awesome though oxox

    Hi Zuzka! Love that you are changing up the old zwows! I did this one today and only had time for 2 rounds. I will definitely revisit this one and do 3 rounds next time!
    Do you have strength specified workouts in zgym? Like using heavier weights but lesser reps?

      Good job! Yes I do have strength workouts in the ZGYM for which I use kettlebell.

    I have to admit that this is not one of my favorite workouts (I don’t like that much focus on arms and upper body because I feel I’m already plenty toned in that area. Just a personal preference) BUT, I did it and it is a good intense workout. 🙂 I burned 332 calories.

    Hi Zu…wow wow Zwow…I hope to see a new old Zwow every Sunday! 🙂 Just love all of them…they are so hard that make us hate and love the workout at same time. I loved this one…push-ups are the hardest exercise for me ever…I do not have any power or strength on my arms so it is really required to work on this body part. I focused on my form and I tried to do really nice push-ups so I was slow and concentrated on doing it nicely…burpees are fun now…it doesnt matter if it is 20! I remember when I used to do 2 burpees and almost die…now I think I have got used to them! And as I soon as I stretched my legs up in warm-up I realized that they are pretty sore in the back part because of yesterday KB workout!!! So it was really effective! I will try AB in the afternoon!       Haha… I also remember struggling to do 2 or 3 burpees… we’re burpee demons now eh 😀
