Hi guys,
I hope you’ll enjoy the improved version of this old ZWOW. Every challenge is an opportunity. Re-shooting all 70 Zwows is a challenge for me, but also an opportunity to give you something new, something better. So many of you know these workouts by heart, so changing it up a little should be more fun.
Workout Breakdown:
1. Manmakers with backward lunge shoulder press x 10 sets
2. Squat jumps forward/back Burpees x 20
3. Twisted Toe Touch Push Up x 5/5
4. Sit up to seated forward bend 20

Complete 3 rounds for time.

I really thought I was gonna quit by the second round..but I kept going just going until the end. Knee push up modification but I finished in less than 28 min! I can’t believe I actually did!

Errrmaghuurrrd!! This was one of the first workouts I found on Youtube which inevitable brought me here. Today is the first time that I have done it since and boy am I sweating! When you said one more round to go, I was like ‘NOOOOOO!!!!’ But, I carried on and managed to do most. i had to pause the vid to complete the manmakers and also I dropped to my knees on the last twisting push ups, but hey, I feel pretty good! Next time I’ll complete all fully… maybe not for a while though :p

I just started back up with you zuzka. I sure missed you! I have been a follower since the bodyrock days. I started back up on Saturday with Zwow#1. I was actually able to complete it!! Yay for me. Today, however, I was only able to complete one round of Zwow #2 :(. It was a long day and could not convince my brain to keep going. So, I will attack it again in the morning. Glad to be back on the team.

I did this as my second workout after cardio shred #24 today. Holy Cow! I thought I was going to die. I thought the two workouts were quite similar, but it was the suggested 2nd workout. When it was all said and done, there were a combined total of 57 manmaker, renegade style push ups, 105 comp burpees, and lots of other stuff that added to the total impact of those two killers! Thanks Zuzka, you always push me!!
