ZWOW #5

Hi guys,

Here’s another one of the older ZWOW routines. This one is great for ALL LEVELS and really good for beginners. It’s quite easy and chill workout. I think it’s a great recovery routine that I’m sure you’ll enjoy after the past 2 days of high intensity training.

On another note, I was thinking about doing some new Coffee Talk videos and I was wondering if there’s anything you’d like me to discuss. I will appreciate any ideas and your suggestions.

Warm Up Routine

Workout Breakdown:
1. Bicep curl to overhead press x 10

2. Med Ball mountain climbers x 30

3. Sumo Dead lift high pull x 10

4. Comp Burpees x 5

Cool Down & Stretching
12 minute AMRAP. Go through this circuit as many times as possible and don’t stop until the 12 minute countdown is up. What counts is the amount of reps total.

    What do you do when you are sick?…stuffy nose…cough? Do you skip workouts?- To be honest, I DONT and I always feel better afterwards. Please discuss. THX

    6 rounds 12 KB, 4kg each dumbbell 🙂 I was doing mountain climbers on my medice ball like it was in the first version of zwow #5. I feel great it was an excellent workout 🙂

    I would love a coffee talk about your “4 legged” family members. I can see that that they are an important part of your life. You and Jesse seemed to have opened your hearts and home to your dogs. I as well as many other members are animal lovers.     I’m sore from the last couple workouts so I didn’t find this particularly easy. 5 rounds 15lb DB and 25lb KB. My arms are on fire!

    Hi Z, like many have already mentioned I would love a coffee talk on how you got to your level of muscle definition. Was wondering if you’ve ever done more and heavier “traditional” strength training in your very early days, building a foundation for the amazing definition you now have? I ask because I’ve been following you for years and absolutely love your workouts. Your workouts have helped me get in amazing shape and lean, but I still can’t seem to get the kind of definition/muscles that you so beautifully have. What has your fitness journey been like? Any mistakes made, lessons learned you’d like to share? Thanks again for all your amazing workouts and this great site.

    Hi friends, I did 6 full rounds, with 1:22 extra, using 3kg db each and 8kg kettlebell. Very relaxing workout! 😀

    Did same reps as zuzka with 12kg kettlebell and 5kg dumbell arms are on fire!!!
