This program is designed to turn you into a powerful fat burning machine. This 6 week intense program combines some of the most powerful cardio workouts in the ZGYM and delivers 2 things: unbelievable strength endurance and serious FAT LOSS.

You’ll be doing 2 workouts 5x a week and have 2 days a week dedicated to gentle, fun stretching and strengthening of the connective tissues. Because this program is so well rounded and really comprehensive to provide the best conditioning, you’ll also need some exercise equipment. But don’t worry it’s really just some basics that you should have at home anyways if you’re serious about getting into shape.

You will have one (1) year to complete this program as many times as you want.

It’s not just a follow daily program. This program comes with a comment section at the bottom where you can engage with Zuzka and other program members for any questions you have.

Here are some important facts about this program:

Length: 6 weeks

Is 6 weeks enough to get amazing results? Well, in 6 weeks you’ll definitely see the difference, and when you do, you might want to keep going depending on what your goals is. You can repeat this program as many times as you want.

Fitness Level:

This program is for intermediates, but due to the volume of the workouts, it’s a great program even if you’re advanced like myself. You can also use heavier weights and push yourself harder during the workouts.

Exercise Equipment:

Heavy kettlebell (38-44lbs)

Medium size kettlebell (12-18lbs beginners, 20-26lbs, intermediates, 26lb + advanced)

Pair of Dumbbells – preferably with flat edges (10-15lbs)

Sliders (you can use anything that slides, or purchase fitness sliders)

Heavy Power Loop (resistance band)

Balance Ball 

Wall  (just make sure you have an access to a wall to put your feet up)

Chair (something to hold on to and step on)

Jump Rope (optional)
