Workout Breakdown
Time Challenge – Try to complete this workout in less than 5 minutes!
1. Wall plank jump to squat jump x 10
2. Scorpio Kick Push Up x 10 alt. sides
3. Reverse jump on the box burpees x 10
4. Wall Scissors x 20
5. Chair squat leg raises x 20

Hi Zu and friend…wow wow I loved this one! Not the type I could do really fast because I was more worried about my form but still I enjoyed it a lot and I had to go down to take my towel to wipe my face…soooo if I sweat the workout is awesome (according to me kkk), added to favorite. I did 3 rounds and keep doing few more reps to record a video. Thanks Zu…ah I still could not jump with both foot on the chair (mine is not a chair is trunk) because I am little afraid…but fear is reducing…so if I hold it with hands I can jump! Let us see if next time I already lost the fear…kkk…and handstand facing the wall…not much progress in kicking still but I keep on practicing it. See you all and take care.

I think I have a new favorite among 5 minute workouts ๐ Wall Scissors, Wall plank jumps and Reverse jump on the box burpees โ my forever love ๐ Scorpio Kick Push Ups – my new love, they have become much easier lately, fortunately ๐ Chair squat leg raises โ ah, so nice nostalgia!.. One Legged Gypsy workout from the distant pastโฆ๐ Zuzka in a cap in Malta… ๐

i did this as 15 min and did 152 reps but had to modify, reverse burpee i did to jump tucks and no wall scissors (omg hand stand wtf :D) i used a pull up bar and attempted to do leg lifts but ended up mix leg lifts alt, both legs lifts and knee ups – i have not used my pull up bar for over two years!! oh my goodness how all my skills declined – no, they just disappeared!! i could do quite nice pull ups and chin ups leg lifts i used to love and although all of it was a challenge I could do it, now I feel like Im starting all over again :D:D:D
it makes me so happy to have my pull up bar up again!!
