I know that this is not exactly the time of the year when people like to jump into a new lifestyle. The holidays bring us together with family and friends and it usually involves a lot of great food and drink. If you haven’t changed anything about your diet and fitness up until now, why start in the middle of December? Why not start in the new year when the holidays are over, right? I actually totally agree with that strategy and don’t expect you to make huge changes right now, but still, it might make you feel instantly better if you start with my easy to follow Bunny Slope Workout Program for Complete Beginners. It won’t take up too much of your time and you can adjust your diet and eating habits the first week in January. Right after you wake up from the hangover and food coma. Deal? 😉
I hope this workout will motivate you to start a new journey to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. If you sign up for ZGYM, I’ll be there every step of the way!

Hi Zuzka,
I have noticed that you have listed on the some workouts this information:
– fitness level
– focus
– equipment
– body focus”.
Are you able to include this information on all of the workouts? I find it really useful!!!

Hi again Zuzka! It would also be really helpful to have a description on the home page of each “Series” explaining what the series is all about 🙂 🙂

Hi Zu and friends! Very nice combos! I did this one today along with the 5 min wo of the day. I am so happy I can do ninja jump! Yessss…I am not 100% yet, under antibioticts and antithermic medicines so my arms were little shaky for wheels push-ups. I did the leg lifts first then the push-ups to save some energy. I used my yoga wheel to pike roll and two chairs to do the wipers. Nice workout Zu…I am slow but steady. See you all, take care.

Yes, this is a cool workout, but for some reason I had big troubles today with balance in One leg pike rolls and wasted a lot of time on them 🐻 And here’s a breakdown mistake: Zuzka did 10 reps of exercise #4 and 6 reps of #5. Have a great Friday night Katarzyna! 😉
