1. Side plank Knee Tuck / Push Up x 5/5
2. Wall supported one leg squat (x3) / one leg elevated push up x 5/5
3. KB knee tuck sit up x 20
4. KB curtsy slide lunge / side slide lunge x 5/5

Hi Zu and friends! I did this one today at 23:30 night in the hotel room, no weights! Whole day I was just laying down on sand like a snake kkkk…not feeling very well. We are in the beach and here is dawn hot. We had to change hotel, problems to eat (we are vegetarian) and I guess we are homesick. I have cancelled last hotel we booked to go back home 3 days early. Now I need my food, my bed, my garden, my home smell. 20 days holidays is too much…next year we will plan for 15 days only. I am even missing my pull-up bar! Hahaha 😂 workout was good Zu! Where was the video? Please don’t change from your normal format of doing the workouts with us. I love the 5 minute videos!! This one took me twice as long because I had to watch the video then go back and pause throughout while doing the workout which took away from pushing hard. It was a good one, too.
