Workout with Lorna Jane

I’m so excited to share this workout that I did with Lorna Jane!  She is one of my favorite activewear designers and overall fitness-inspiration. She came into my studio recently to spend the day with me and it was so much fun.  She’s so energetic and motivational.  Her motto of “Move, Nourish, Believe” is incredibly simple but very effective.  This idea encourages you to MOVE your body and be active, NOURISH it with healthy foods, and BELIEVE in yourself every single day.

To move OUR bodies, we did this short but intense 5-minute interval workout together.  It’s a combination of 2 of her favorite exercises and 2 of mine.  You do each exercise for 1-minute then rest for 20 seconds.  To get a get a full workout in for the day, we encourage you to do the circuit 3 times for a total of 15-minutes.

    I did 4 circuits of this workout, 100 pushups and 57 burpees in total + 25 min sandbag workout.
    Arms are in fire.
