    I love these combos!! Added 10 x curtsy lunge to side kick to side jump lunge, made it a 12-minute amrap, did 2 rounds +4 push-ups. I think I can beat it, though, I will try again!!!

    1st time to do this one and it was tougher than Zuzka made it look. I didn’t like #1 so I did kickthrough to 1leg pushup.

    did this as a 15 min amrap and managed 86 reps so 4 shy of three rounds
    it was hard with pistols i modified to prisoners squats

    I added this one as BO after 300 killer rep, but I had to modify pistol on my left leg so I did one leg squat/surrender
