Flexible Strength

Take your flexibility and strength to a whole new level by learning how to perform and maintain challenging positions such as backbends and splits. This series combines kettlebell training, jump roping, and advanced flexibility for a strong, flexible body. It’s recommended you start with either the Stretch and Tone or Power Yoga series to set the foundation for this program; for intermediate to advanced levels.
