I have 1 Q and one Tip for you, now!
Q: Some materials make my glutes sweaty and they can break, but not always. What do you do to keep your covered, sweaty areas from getting irritated by material or skin issues?
Tip: My daughter tells people I’m a vampire (and I hate that!!!!) because my skin is not typical of people my age *54 in Aug. Have you heard of Nerium AD for keeping the skin looking and feeling amazing..? I’ve been using it for 3.5 years now, and I am amazed at how soft, pretty and line-free my skin is, for my age. I am so thankful I found this stuff! Otherwise, I only use uber-natural coconut oil for cleaning and moisturizing my skin, and I am sure it only adds to the good condition it’s in.
Anyway.. I am tempted to also get the steamer, but … for the past 2+ years, on weekday mornings, I take a very hot, Epson salt bath before work (( I read the bible there.. amazing way to meditate, totally free from distractions..!)). I feel quite awesome after that and don’t feel I really need the steaming.. …. Any thoughts on that?

Hey Zuzka,
Are you into bone broth at all for the collagen and healing properties? It’s super cheap to make as well. Every time I make and eat it my hip injury pain vanishes as well.

On the days that you use the steamer and mask, do you also follow your normal skin care or do you skip it?
