Cozy Shrug from Fabletics

I’ve been really bad at updating my Fashion & Beauty blog lately, so I’m glad I can share with you my new piece from Fabletics. I’m sure you’ve already heard of this brand co-founded by actress Kate Hudson (How to lose a guy in 10 days – funny movie that I really like) and maybe even have a few pieces of your own. I got the Andrea Shrug (here) and I’m really happy with it, because it’s soft, cozy and just warm enough to wear for an evening stroll here in L.A.
I like the raw style street fashion with things flipped inside out and upside down. It reminds me of Diesel. Except that Diesel top like this would cost me 5 times more, so I feel like this is a pretty good deal.

Fabletics’ prices are really good. Too bad I can’t buy anything there

Magda, they ship in the UK so pretty sure the UK site would. I buy it there, get it sent to my mums house then she sends to me in NZ 😉

I got a shrug, tank and capris from Fabletics. So far, they seem like good quality pieces. I had a problem trying to find what size would work in their capri for me. I normally wear a 4-6 but I’m pretty curvy. Full booty and thighs with big calves. The size M in capris is very tight so I exchanged for the L. But then the large ended up being too big in the waist (and it still wasn’t much better in the calves). So I switched back to the medium with hopes that I can drop a few pounds and have my calves slim out some so the capris will fit me better. Frustrating. But cute styles if you have the body type they cater to.

I got a pair of capri too and it wasn’t the right fit for me either. It’s with every brand tho, some pieces will fit you perfectly and some just won’t.

I have been using fabletics for several months now and i am really happy with their pants, those are great quality, but some of the workout tops are pretty flimsy. The sweater you have looks nice though, in any case the prices are reasonable!

I just ordered one….it’s super cute! I have lots of these type sweaters that are out now, but this one is unique with that cute zipper and the way it drapes. It also looks super cozy!
When I was checking out, they had a drop down that asked how I heard of them — I wish your name would have been in there.

You can do a monthly subscription for 49.99. That you can skip whatever month you don’t want to pay and nothing will be charged. You get an entire outfit for that price. Or you can opt out of the monthly subscription and just pay the regular pricing. Which will run you around $20-70 Per item. Depending of course on what item you are buying. I just subscribed to them actually 2 days ago. All my workout clothes have holes in them,worn out or just gunky so I figured this subscription is cheaper for me vs. Going and buying 5 $40 pairs of pants. Hope this helped.

Z may I ask what size you ordered in that shrug? I’ve just subscribed to them 2 days ago and I’ve heard their sizing sometimes can be a bit off depending on what the fit is for the tops. Thanks!

I’ve been using Fabletics now since January and purchased around 8 items, mostly capris….I’m in love with them. Seriously may never buy lulu again! The tops…not so much, although I have only purchased 2 of those. Tops seem to run large, I feel, and bottoms small. In bottoms I normally wear a 4-6 in lululemon or a size small in other brands and the small in Fabletics fits perfectly every time. The tops I would normally wear a 6-8 in lulu or small/med in other brands (super flat chested but broad ribcage 🙁 and I can wear an xs in Fabletics tops.
hope this helps for anyone who’s considering ….Definitely get a pair of capris but Wait until the 1st bc thats when all the newest styles are released.

Love it! i’ve bought a few pieces from them also! The capris and pants that I bought were a little snug around the waist but they’re getting somewhat looser now that I’ve been working out consistently with you! 😉

i love that look so much i went and bought one immediately. i have been looking for a nice sweater with asymmetrical hems, but most don’t have a closure. the zipper sold me!
