Here’s my latest online shopping experience:
Shopping for clothes online can be tricky sometimes, because you never know what you’re actually getting unless you’re familiar with the brand and trust their garments. I don’t feel comfortable shopping at places for the first time and even tho you can read reviews directly from users on different products, those could be biased or purposefully mean. I don’t judge a book by it’s cover…well, who am I kidding? I do that more than I’d like to admit, however, even if I go into a situation with certain prejudice, I make my final decision based only on my own personal experience. That said, I didn’t expect the green jacket for $30 at CharlotteRusse.com to be anything amazing.
I’m used to seeing garments that are cheaply made for this price, but I was actually surprised by the opposite when the jacket arrived. I love the soft material and every detail including the stitches. I also got a really nice beige v-neck t-shirt from the same website so now I won’t be afraid to order something from Charlotte Russe because they have earned my trust. Have you ever had a really bad experience with shopping for clothes online?
Those cute and comfortable wedges are from Guess, which has always been one of my favorite stores.
This cute beanie is from LoveYourMelon.com which is a company that donates a good amount of their profits towards funding childhood cancer research. They don’t have a huge selection and their products sell out pretty quick – I had to wait for a month and half for the backorder of this beanie. It’s still worth every penny, because I absolutely love my beanie and the fact that I could contribute to the important cause. Love Your Melon came out with a new spring collection so make sure to check it out and get yourself a cute hat for the warmer months!

I loved this vid and all your pics. You and I have similar styles, Z, and seem to prefer the same colors and shades, too. I actually had been looking into Anorak jackets, and your vid had me follow through. I got one in Khaki, different website, but I’m excited. It’s the perfect versatile, light stylish and flattering jacket for medium weather (not hot, not cold). Most mornings I open my closet and want to pull out this style jacket that isn’t there….soon it will be!
Loved all your pics. I also think that Hollister makes T’s that are super soft, and several looser styles, that are high quality material and designed and crafted/sewn well, too, for the prices…

It’s all cute, Zuzka. I went to the website and I really like a beige jacket that’s the same style. BTW, that website has flip flops for only $5. They’re simple but I’m a sucker for inexpensive, simple flip flops. It’s practically all I wear as far as footwear.

Wow, these look really good on you! I especially love the jacket/striped shirt/shorts combo. I also don’t like to dress too girly, so most of my clothes are basics and easy-to-wear styles spiced up with prints or jewelry. That’s actually one of the things that motivates me to work out regularly: when your body is in great shape, you can wear literally anything.

I definitely am wary of ordering things from a new store especially ones online. I’ve seen lots of women on Instagram wearing brands mainly online or in boutiques i.e. Stone Cold Fox and Revolve Clothing which ended in disappointment since the clothing size didn’t fit right or the material was nothing like it was portrayed. It’s even more of a disappointment when it’s not free returns so always read the return/exchange policies (they always seem to get me there).
