This program combines very unique muscle building workouts with cardio and extra burn outs for maximum effect. You’ll be doing a workout every day of the week but two days out of the 7 are going to be easier and focused on recovery.

You will have one (1) year to complete this program as many times as you want.

It’s not just a follow daily program. This program comes with a comment section at the bottom where you can engage with Zuzka and other program members for any questions you have.

Originally, I put together this program just for myself to test out some ideas, but in just a couple weeks of following the workouts I knew I had to share this program with you guys. The results you’ll get from this program are real!!

This program is 6 weeks long and combines very unique muscle building workouts with cardio and extra burn outs for maximum effect. You’ll be doing a workout every day of the week, but two days out of the 7 are going to be easier and focused on recovery and strengthening connective tissues.

Here are some important facts about this program:

Length: 6 weeks

Is 6 weeks enough to get amazing results? Well, in 6 weeks you’ll definitely see the difference, and when you do, you might want to keep going depending on what your goals is. You can repeat this program as many times as you want. Just keep in mind that after 6 weeks you’ll definitely need heavier weights especially for the EDT workout.

Fitness Level:

This program is for intermediates, but if you’re a beginner you still might be able to modify the workouts enough to be able to do them and all the benefits including shelf butt and sixpack abs 🙂
Similarly if you’re advanced like myself, all you have to do is use a heavier weight and push yourself harder during the workouts.

Exercise Equipment:

Heavy kettlebell, Barbell or Booty Sprout equipment (how heavy is very individual but you’ll be able to assess that before your first EDT workout. I started with a 65lb kettlebell and now I’m using either Booty Sprout or my husband’s barbell which is over 100lbs. You can find kettlebells and barbell sets in any sporting goods store or online on Amazon)

Medium size kettlebell (12-18lbs beginners, 20-26lbs, intermediates, 26lb + advanced)

Sliders (you can use anything that slides, or purchase fitness sliders)

Heavy Power Loop (resistance band)

Balance Ball or a Bench (optional – only for support, you might find something else at home that will work)

Bosu Ball – optional (it’s only for support, you can also use a giant pillow)
