This program combines cardio with the most effective ab exercises which helps beginners to strengthen their core, burn fat and create a nice muscle tone around their midsection.
The length of these workouts is 15-20 minutes of average. Why so short? Because these workouts are pretty intense and we want you to recover fast and have a lot of energy – it’s the intensity and your commitment to daily exercise what creates outstanding results. Your job is to show up every day for the next 6 weeks of this program.

I recommend to also optimise your diet and nutrition in order to help your body get into a fat burning mode and use more fat for energy. If you need more guidance, you can purchase one of my meal plans (I recommend Bikini Body Meal Plan because it’s the same length as this program and it’s a great way to support your effort)

Light / Medium size kettlebell
Typically I recommend 12-18lbs for beginners, but it all depends on your own individual stamina. I recommend that you go to a store and try to lift different sizes and see how they feel before you make the purchase. I personally started with 2 different size kettlebells and now I have kettlebells from 15lbs to very heavy and I get to use them all. If you’re planning on keeping yourself in shape long term, then you’ll never regret having more of these weights at home.

Sliders
You can use anything that slides on the surface you have at home. On carpet you can use magazines, paper plates or some plastic plates or purchase fitness sliders. On hardwood floor you can use hand towels, or furniture sliders (those are my personal favourite).
