This week’s schedule will both challenge you and change you one workout at a time. I want you to stay strong and determined. No matter what’s happening in your life, you have to be the rock for your own sake and for your loved ones. hi, i was wondering if you could do leg workout series, to strength and tone the glutes and hamstrings.
And also arm series, i think those are the biggest area problems most women have. thanks

Thank you for your suggestion. I’d love to do leg series. Actually the Guns & Pistols series targets both legs, glutes,and arms. I will do a new series soon.

I had an operation last week that has me on restricted activity for six weeks. While I don’t mind the no lifting anything over 10 lbs I am a little frustrated with the core work restriction. I’m only allowed to walk at the moment. When the benchmark work out still be available later like February as I would really like to do that one as my ‘benchmark’.
