Hi guys,

This week’s schedule will both challenge you and change you one workout at a time. I want you to stay strong and determined. No matter what’s happening in your life, you have to be the rock for your own sake and for your loved ones. Exercise will help you a great deal to stay solid from the inside and out, so don’t miss a workout!

    I’ve no idea what a Benchmark workout is, but I’m looking forward to doing it!!

      It’s like a fit test. You do this workout and re-do It few weeks later to notice your Improvement

    Hey Zuz! I was wondering if you had any plans on creating challenges, where we workout with you for weeks and follow a simple meal plan and have people post pics and measurements to stay accountable? Since the new year has started, I am in need of a challenge to kickstart my year with a healthier me! Anything like this ‘in the making’ soon??

    looking forward to the benchmark workout. I can now do chin ups, which I couldn’t do before Zuzka’s workouts. Love marking improvements
