3 Fun Bodyweight Exercises for Fit Body

Here are 3 fun bodyweight exercises that you can try at home right now and even create your own mini workout. Watch the video to see how to do each exercise and then read on.
The first exercise is going to work your entire body including your abs, legs and arms. It’s quite challenging but really worth trying, because only as little as 8 reps can give you a great burn and lots of benefits. The second exercise are frog crunches and your goal is to keep your feet pushing against each other even when you feel like you’re getting tired. This exercise will work your entire core including your thighs. Try to do 12 to 20 reps (depends on your own fitness level). The last exercise is just as challenging as the first one. It’s a great cardio that works your legs, abs, chest, arms, and shoulders.
Isn’t it amazing what you can do with just your own bodyweight and the level of fitness that you can achieve with simple workouts that take only 15 minutes a day? I’ve been keeping myself in shape with these workouts for the past 7 years and I’m still loving it. I am loving your workouts Zuzka. It is still hard to mentally accept that 15 min is enough, though I usually cool down with your yoga, because when I did Tracy
Anderson Method, she insisted on at least an hour but preferably 2 hours. After 2 1/2 years, I burnt out, plus I ended up gaining weight and looked so unfit. Ugh..
I work to my max with your workouts, so at the end i feel completely worked out! Would love to hear your reassurance as the reminders keep me motivated!

I know what you mean, Tracey. I used to go to the gym for an hour or two and, truthfully, I just got tired of it. And I was never as fit as I got doing these short, intense workouts.

How many reps of each exercise and how many rounds should I do to make this a mini workout.
I was thinking maybe 10 burpees, 20 crunches but how many of the last exercise? And then a few rounds like this?

I often pay attention at your helpful tips and follow them,Zuzka. You have used it for seven years, it’s amazing. I’ve thought of myself how long I’m going to work out. I’ve decided too long to achieve best results in shaping of my body. I realise it’s a long way. Firstly, I started with simple exerses. Then I asked my friend to give me a skipping rope. Now I’ve got some weights. Who could imagine that I’ve been doing exercises for 4 months…
