3 Fun Bodyweight Exercises for Fit Body

Here are 3 fun bodyweight exercises that you can try at home right now and even create your own mini workout. Watch the video to see how to do each exercise and then read on.
The first exercise is going to work your entire body including your abs, legs and arms. It’s quite challenging but really worth trying, because only as little as 8 reps can give you a great burn and lots of benefits. The second exercise are frog crunches and your goal is to keep your feet pushing against each other even when you feel like you’re getting tired. This exercise will work your entire core including your thighs. Try to do 12 to 20 reps (depends on your own fitness level). The last exercise is just as challenging as the first one. It’s a great cardio that works your legs, abs, chest, arms, and shoulders.
Isn’t it amazing what you can do with just your own bodyweight and the level of fitness that you can achieve with simple workouts that take only 15 minutes a day? Thanks Z. I just did these exercises in an AMRAP. With 10 reps for the burpees and lunges and 20 reps for the crunches. I almost made it through 2 rounds. I was 3 reps short on the lunges. I’m sure next time I’ll do better but we’ve got to start somewhere. 🙂

I did 4 circuits in 16:43 + 3 circuits in 22;49 of Beach Ready Butt Workout(1.05.14)+ 2 min of Walking Elbow Plank. It was killing. Thank you Zuzka.

Really fun but definitely hard 🙂 I completed 4 rounds of:
10 Burpee Kicks
20 Frog Crunches
10 *3 Jump Lunges + Pike Push Up* Combos.
It took me 15:17 and I was totally out of breath 🙂 Many thanks Zu!
