Summer is here and so is the most popular vacation season. Some of you take time off from exercise completely and some of you stress out about not having access to weights when traveling. Thank you Zuzka for the great summary! I do most of the exercises daily in my 4th months of the pregnancy (exclude all the jumpings, pistols and other excercises that are heavy oriented on the core strenght). Also low impact lower body series and lifted butt series with some modifications are great! I have been following you for more than 3 years and will not stop moving if my health condition will allow to do so.

Love, love, love! This work out killed me. My legs and butt are burning. I only have to modify my pistol squats…i’m not there yet so i used one of your modification with the use of the chair.

45 mins workout… long but loved it! 20 reps for each exercise with 1kg ankle weight… pistols are still difficult. Zuzka, can you please do the same for upper body incl abs maybe…thank you
