Summer is here and so is the most popular vacation season. Some of you take time off from exercise completely and some of you stress out about not having access to weights when traveling. For those of you who like to move daily no matter what, here’s 30 bodyweight exercises that will help you keep your legs and butt in shape every day on your vacay. The only equipment you’ll need to bring with you is pair of sliders and power band. Both of them are super light and won’t take up too much space in your luggage.

I completed 20 reps of each exercise, so 600 reps total. It took me 37:58, but went by so fast 🙂

I did the bodyweight part of this workout. Love it but took me a long time just to try to learn the exercise. I will try to do the slide and power band next time. I hope zuzka will do the hole entire 30 exercises as follow along exercise especially for the summer. Thank you

taking me along time to do 10 reps with every exercise. I wish Zuzka do follow along 300 reps body weights with this exercises.

love it!!! try to learn the moves. i will do this as a drill exercises next time. then when I memorize it I will do it as a whole workout!!!
