4 Kettlebell Exercises for Butt
Fitness | May 06, 2014
This is the 4th and the last week of our Lifted Butt series in the Zgym so today I wanted to give you some more tips when it comes to strengthening your glutes. First of all, you need a proper exercise equipment if you want to get sexy curves fast. The number one tool I use for shaping up my body and especially my butt is without a doubt the Kettlebell. If you don’t have one yet, get it here, that’s where I get mine. It’s so worth it. Every woman should have a 26lbs kettlebell at home as the basic and then you can get one that is lighter for upper body exercises and eventually one that is really heavy to challenge your butt even more. The 26 lbs will do miracles for your buns and you can start right now and try these 4 kettlebell exercises for butt that I have put together for you in this video:
I hope you’ll give these exercises a try and if you want to workout with me at least 5 times a week to get yourself into shape for the summer, then join my Zgym and I’ll be looking forward to working out with you soon!! 🙂
Best,
Zuzka

I love your videos, thank you for sharing them. I’ve been using kettlebells for a while now but I never know what size I should be using. What size do you suggest for these bum exercises? Thank you. Maria

Zuzka you’re awesome! Last year I had meniscus surgery on my left knee and three weeks ago on my right. Can you make some video about this to, like which kind of exercises are the best after surgery and not to get back to the situation? Thankx Zuzika! ;
