5 minute Competition Workout #2

We have missed the last week, because Thanksgiving messed up our schedule and we had to work on the front room to make it photo and video friendly. You can see, in one of our latest vlogs, how Jesse and his brother were working on the walls making them black. Now that we have it all done, we’re ready to do these workouts for you every week, so leave your excuses behind, and try this new 5 minute workout. Oh and it’s a competition so push yourself hard to beat me!
Workout Breakdown:
One Leg hip thrust 10 reps alternating legs
Knee tucks 10 reps
3 surfer jumps x 5sets
Set your timer for a 5 minute count down and complete as many rounds as you can before the time is up.
This is an awesome workout for those day, when you don’t have time or don’t feel like doing a longer workout. It’s a routine that will help you to raise your heart rate and charge you with energy while helping you to maintain your fitness level. Remember that if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it. That is true with strength, flexibility, endurance, and all around fitness. Therefore it is always wise to tell yourself “I feel lazy, so I am going to do my 5 minute workout” instead of “I feel lazy, so I am not going to move today at all”. I am encouraging you to do at least some stretching, just MOVE!

In the past 14 weeks, I’ve been working out 5-6 days a week! With this consistency, I have seen the best results I’ve ever gotten and have officially lost THE MOST weight I ever have! I have lost 34.2 lbs so far in my weight loss journey to lose 90 lbs to get to my goal weight! I recently decided to break out your Power Cardio dvd series again to see how I’ve improved…Your workouts are extremely intense of course, but I find they’re more do-able now… I’m ready to step up my workouts to the next level by working out with you 4-5x/wk in addition to my workout routine! I’m excited to see how my body changes by incorporating your exciting and creative workouts into my weekly routine! Thank you for being you and giving the rest of us something great to strive towards…not skin and bones, but strength and fitness!

Ahoj Zuzi,
this video is looking great, I thing this will be my today “bonus workout” to your regular workout (from ZCUT or ZGym). I´m a middle advanced (I´ve done Jillian, Bob Harper, Shaun T … same as many other girls here I think 🙂 ). Some exercises I´m still not able to do in advanced version, but I love it and trying to push hard and beat my mind (which telling me “hey, you can´t more”). Thanks for you, your workouts, video talks etc. You´re inspiration to me! 🙂

Zuzka ur amazing women!! Thank u for all u do and you have definitely put every excuse that anyone could possible have for a reason not to be able to get fit and healthy and have flushed it down the toilet! U have devoloped an amazing thing that has changed a lot of people’s lives and have everything they need to stay healthy mentally , physically and emotionally and the most convinence it all can happen in ur own home!
