Challenge: Time Challenge
Duration: 5-10 Minutes
- Scorpio Push Up / Kick Up x 5/5
- Pull up / KB Deadlift / KB Ballerina Squat x 6
- Jump Lunge (x5) / Handstand Push Up x 5
Modifications for Beginners:
- Kneeling push / Kick up 5/5
- Pull up with assist band / KB deadlift / KB ballerina squat (using a chair for support) x 6
- Backward lunge (x4 alt. legs) / Plank shoulder taps x 5

Not trying to be mean, but I wish I was able to just turn on the video and follow along. Instead, I have to stop and wait for your explanation while my heart rate goes down. Doesn’t make for an efficient workout 🙁 Love what you do, Zuzka!! Just a friendly opinion:)

Really enjoyed this one….my favorite were the jump lunges to handstand push-up. Super fun Z! After seeing your video where you touch your head to the floor, I’m inspired to keep trying for this.

I FINALLY was able to do a baby handstand push-up!!! I think my arms only bent half-way, if that, but it’s more than I’ve ever been able to do before!!! So awesome!!! I just turned 40 at the beginning of the month and I’m able to do more things now than I could when I was 20!!! Thank you Zuzka, for pushing us to be our best, to be fearless, to be fit, and to be fabulous!!! So grateful!!!
I didn’t count reps for this one, I did it as a time challenge. But if I had I think it would have been 17. Total time to complete 6:47.28.

3 rounds in 15 mins. 44lb for kb. Did 6 jump lunges vs. 5 to make it even on my legs. Really a fun one but you definitely want to watch before you do it as she spends time in between every exercise to explain.
