Great quick abs however with my arthritic knees I am challenged in the side plank. Any modifications??

If side plan is too much, then you can do another similar exercise like the side crunch but with legs fully extended and as you lift the legs up you touch your toes. I would also recommend Mob Therapy and Postural Therapy for your knees. It makes a big difference even for people with arthritis.

awesome workout! i did it as a 15 min reps and did 198 reps so just over 3 rounds
i love this one, the bird dog in firs round made me nearly fall on my face but in next round i amazed myself as i kept the balance pretty well!
