Here’s your Friday bonus – don’t forget that we’re now doing high intensity workouts on Fridays as well, because there are so many of you Elite ZGYM members who can absolutely thrive on 5 high intensity workouts a week leaving you with 2 recovery days. I wouldn’t recommend this approach to everybody, and that’s why you can choose to do either 5 minute fat burn on Fridays or the recommended high intensity workout you see in the workout schedule. It all depends on your own fitness level, so listen to your body.
For those of you who are already advanced or looking for a faster progress, you have the option to do both. I would recommend to do the Upper Body & ABS INFERNO #1 earlier in the day and leave this 5 minute fat burn bonus workout for later in the afternoon – just before you start to get ready to go out or have your dinner. You can earn your carbs this way for the evening and even have a guilt free drink 😉

- One leg elevated plank knee tuck leg lift 10/10
- KB – Swing/Pendulum x 10
- Elevated plank knee to chest push ups x 10
- One arm weighted one heel elevated sumo squats 10/10

Hello lovely people, I feel full of energy today and I just finished both of workouts. First I did stretching (part 2) from Upper Body & Abs inferno. Then I did 5 min workout. I had some problems with first one, my exercise ball wants to run away if I don’t have both of my legs on it. So it was kinde of chasing my ball exercise. It took me almost 8 min to finished 5 min workout. After that I did part 1 from Upper Body& Abs.

Can’t wait for this one..looks awesome. And the idea of two of them on Fridays is great too! I always had to do an extra one but sometimes I just could not force myself to do it and later on thinking..gosh I should have done a bit more today :D.

If I can reach thru my iPad & give you a HUGE bear hug, I would. I ran for 5 miles thIs morning and I had a wonderful surprise waiting for me. This workout was awesome. It was different & challenging. I also did LBS #16 and your 5 minutes workout #86, 87, 88 & 89 all of them twice. Thx for making my 💗 Happy. Now it’s off to riding my bike for 14 miles. I don’t like the new way of videos; you are cutting video to take a break or to catch breath to look more professional, to be able to talk better for us, but I like the imperfections! and also in the middle of the workout you stop and start explaining the exercise but we don’t need that either. I don’t know its just me but I like when you don’t stop and just go at high intensity. its because I’m going fast and you stop even if you don’t need to, so I don’t feel like I need to go faster than you. It’s like you wouldn’t run on a marathon that nobody is running right?
(but I love the workouts, hope you dont missunderstand me. Take care)

I totally agree….have the same feeling…guess Zuzka slowed down in general…I’m always faster now (but in the last sliding workout I definitely wasn’t, so it’s not because I’m fitter!) Loved how it pushed me to notice she is ahead, or if I make a break I’m behind.
Guess I stopped pushing myself now a Little…
But like you said: Still great (the best) workouts and I love them so much!

Ha ha ha!! Nope no joke. I just love exercising/working out early and I get it out of the way. I always think of the long winters we have in NJ so I take advantage of the warm weather & take it to the max. Plus, I have a 10 year that needs motivation when it comes to exercising. Thank you Z for this 5 minute combo! I loved each exercise. The combination was intense. I am defiantly repeating this one next week and practicing the Swiss ball elevated plank tucks! That was challenging. 💪🏻
