I hope you guys had a great Thanksgiving and are ready to burn off some of the extra calories from last night. Here’s your bonus fat burn that comes right after the ZGYM main workout Upper Body & Abs Inferno #7X – you will be already warmed up so try not to procrastinate and get right to it. I will be posting a new vlog later today with try on Fashionhaul, so make sure to check back 😉


Workout Breakdown

Time Challenge – Try to complete this workout in less than 5 minutes!

1. Wall plank jump to squat jump x 10

2. Scorpio Kick Push Up x 10 alt. sides

3. Reverse jump on the box burpees x 10

4. Wall Scissors x 20

5. Chair squat leg raises x 20

    I like this one! I’ve got so much confidence with handstand, I’m happy about it. 🙂

    What about some New Year competition? Just extra motivation before big holidays. I don’t know, what it must be. Maybe longer handstand time, or shortest time with some workout, or the most reps. How is the idea? 🙂

    This friday I am so happy, because since the last Upper body & Abs Inferno#7 that I practiced every single day tha swiss ball exercise and I did my very first handstand against the wall, but it is all about believe in the process, build the strengh and be confident with yourself too. So, Thank you Zuzka!

        Hi Tracey! I have been doing the Upper Body & ABS inferno accordingly with Zuzka schedule, but since the last workout #7 I began doing the homework exercise with the swiss ball during 5 minutes daily or a little more and in a week I finally accomplished my goal. I don’t do the complete Upper body exercise #7 daily, just the homework after my routine, like a bonus and it is such a incredible difference.
        I am loving this series too!

    Hey zuzk!! Quick question—any advice for stretch marks on the glutes:/ i feel like they are growing so nicely (i love what you wrote about doing swings before you get ready 🙂 i do that all the time :)) but for example like right now i am on vaca and havent been able to target them as much with heavy weights so i feel like the stretch marks have become more pronounced. Idk maybe there is really nothing but just curious to hear your thoughts? Loving you as always <3

    Hi Zuzka! So I recently found out that I am pregnant with my first. I am 7 weeks. Its a big deal for me and I am super excited of coarse! I really want to have a safe yet fit pregnancy. Maybe someone out there would have some tips for me as to how I should modify workouts. So far I have been doing ZGYM workouts as is even though I felt a bit noxious. I would love any feed back. Thanks!

    Proud of myself for doing this after ab inferno. I don’t trust jumping on my chair so I did box jumps over my little ottoman cushion. Now stretch and nice hot shower.

    This was great! I did it after JRC+KB #8. I love the handstand scissors. It’s a fun way to test myself in handstand with each rep. I did mine facing the wall. Nice to do something that was different. Great workout today all together.

    I never get tired of wall jumps to jump squats. Intense. I completed it in a bit over 6 min.
