2. Weighted Side slide lunge / heel elevated sumo squat x 5/5

3. Double under / jump jack x 20

4. Wall plank mountain climbers (x3) / one leg elevated jump lunge x 3 / x 6 sets

    Really enjoyed the combos!!! I thought that I’d be exhausted after the killer legs #2, but I was so much fun and so short that before I realized it, it was over! Thanks for these amazing workouts 😊

    Hi Zuzka, I really enjoyed the Wall plank leg switch, super fun! I needed a bit practice for the JR between DBU changing to jacks. I got lot better on my R3 because I did it through 3X ;-). It was a good one! xoxo

    So creative and inventive. I’m curious how you come up with the workouts. On paper first or just do them and wing it? A blog on that would be interesting. Thank you for making this world a better place with all of your hard work.

    Loved it! I subbed #2 as my sliders slipped on the sumo squat twice and snagged my lower back a bit. #1 and #3 are new favourite moves. x
