1. Side plank Knee Tuck / Push Up x 5/5
2. Wall supported one leg squat (x3) / one leg elevated push up x 5/5
3. KB knee tuck sit up x 20
4. KB curtsy slide lunge / side slide lunge x 5/5

    I do a 10-20+ minute workout every day after work (except 1 or 2 days every two weeks).
    I’ve gained so much strength, balance, tone and courage because of sticking with these workouts since 2009, Z!! ๐Ÿ™‚

        Wow, respect! This what I was seeking to read somehow. I gained a bit of weight and didn’t workout at all during the Christmas vacations and this week I see myself skipping workouts just out of procrastination till it s time to go to bed. Last year I have put Z workouts as my main priority, but now I find it so difficult to push myself further. It can also be that I react against myself and my current situation of life.. whatever the reason is, I see myself lacking motivation for doing anything that looks like working out. Did you ever have such periods during all these years?

          I totally understand how you feel. Especially, after not working out for a while I get frustrated easily because I’m not as strong as I used to be. I try to give me like two weeks to do easier Workouts and then start to follow Zuzka’s Schedule.
          I know Zuzka talked many times about motivation but I would really love to watch a new coffee talk about this topic. I miss them. Guys, how do you feel about that? Lots of love!

            ฮ™ m totally up for this, but I m not sure whether Z.read older comments. I will try to follow your suggestion with lower pace workouts for the first week. Let s see if I will manafe to stick to it this week, or I would postpone it again finding it meaningless

          Hi Sofia : ) I can appreciate your feelings and situations! I’ve been through major setbacks in all this.. I’d go no more than 2 weeks without doing something, tho.. Even then, I’d at LEAST take a walk. Walking helps motivate me, and it’s then that I can pray and empty my mind of my cares. When I do the prayer, it seems, that is when I finally find that I am STILL OK and that I WILL BE OK.. and so I keep going. ๐Ÿ™‚

      I do agree on this one, I feel more motivated and pushing myself more when I do my workout along with Zuzka. Hope that the old style will be back! Love to exercise with you Zuzka!!

    This video is disappointing. I won’t be doing these unless I can follow along with you Zuzka. Bummer…it looks like an awesome 5 min wo too. Please bring back your usual follow along wo’s. Happy Day!
