1. Side plank Knee Tuck / Push Up x 5/5
2. Wall supported one leg squat (x3) / one leg elevated push up x 5/5
3. KB knee tuck sit up x 20
4. KB curtsy slide lunge / side slide lunge x 5/5

      Hi Zuzka. I write out every workout that I do with the breakdown in my Zjournal notebook. (I’m on my 3rd one now. ๐Ÿ˜‰) Depending on how fast paced it is, I usually only do the yoga, stretch & tone and HIIT workouts with you in the videos. I get too frustrated if I can’t keep up with you and I don’t want to pause the video. But I watch the videos so I can see how you do and make sure I have in my head how to correctly do all the exercises. Have a great weekend. ๐Ÿ˜Š

      I workout on my own after watching the routine and sometimes play it in the background, so this does not bother me at all, but just curious as to why you were testing it

      Personallly I like the short video descriptions. I watch it , put the exercises on my dry erase board and go. I understand people wanting to workout with you but it’s no excuse to skip the workout. You ARE strong enough to do this without Zuzka;)

    heee , nice test! I have to say I was a bit disappointed when I watched the video, I too like to do these workouts with you, your are motivating when I don’t want to do any more reps! I did do this after the 15 minute fit slide and between the two they kicked my butt! I enjoyed this workout! Come back!!!!

    Hey Zuzka! I was thinking about doing your new bodyweight, and Cardio and Strength Starter program together. I figure since the starter program involves weights and the other one is just bodyweight, then it’ll probably be a perfect combination of 2 workouts a day. Do you think that’s a good idea?

    Although I’m glad you defined the moves, I do like working out along with you better! I feel like I get more out of it ๐Ÿ™‚ I was reading the comments though and saw that thing was a test. Thanks for staying tuned in to our comments, Zuzka!

    I feel on the ice this this morning and my tailbone is soooo sore. I could not do this or fit slide as tthe lunges and weight hurt and i could not go to my full max. ugh, hope it heals fast but i bet in the morning i will feel it lol

    I wish you would have done the entire workout. My challenge is doing it along with you. Really didn’t like doing it on my own, even though i did.
