- 5 reps - KB jump squat / plank jack push up
- 10 reps - Double jump tuck burpee
- 5 reps - Kettlebell sit up to overhead press / Push up to reverse squat
- 6 reps - Jump Lunge (x3) / One leg push up

Hard to do after the butt lift workout, modified a lot, but I did it. Boy, have my push up improved.

This was a higher level 5 min workout, in my opinion. I used my 45 lbs KB for #1. It really did me in after Lifted Butt #10. But I feel fantastic, thanks, Z!!
