- 5 reps - KB jump squat / plank jack push up
- 10 reps - Double jump tuck burpee
- 5 reps - Kettlebell sit up to overhead press / Push up to reverse squat
- 6 reps - Jump Lunge (x3) / One leg push up

I am just introducing myself to this series. Over 100 of these 5 minute fat burners! Damn, Zuzka, are you the hardest working, most creative woman in the fitness industry or what? So impressive!!! The KB sit up to overhead press / push up to reverse squat combo was a favorite. These movements make me feel like a joyful child who is so alive in her body. Thank you!
