Today I have for you a bodyweight routine from my book 15 Minutes To Fitthe simple 30-day guide to total fitness. The book got translated into Czech and Slovak language and I was brought to the Czech and Slovak republic just recently for interviews and book signing. What I found really interesting was that the majority of journalists, and TV hosts asked me exactly the same questions. Only a couple of them asked questions that could be described as out of the box. The most common questions about the book and my training was: “So is it really enough to workout only 15 minutes a day?” I decided to answer this question again. If you’re someone who’s been wondering about the same thing, then you might have an “aha” moment after you watch this video and do the workout with me.

    This was good. I did it followed by #71 and then added Wednesday’s stretch and tone. Later I’ll do kb 7 because I missed it yesterday, but I did do the 15 minute slide twice!

      ha ha I did the same thing today, playing catch-up with the workouts. Haven’t tried to the slide workouts yet, my diy yogurt top sliders were not so great!

        Do you workout on carpet? I ordered a swim suit from Victoria secret and inside the package there was this slick piece of cardboard with info about returns, so I used that as a slider and was surprised that it worked great 🙂

          Yes, carpet it is. Just had a hard time holding on to the sliders with my toes 🙂 I’ve been digging around looking for something that might work in the meantime and have landed on stainless camping plates, not super slick on the sliding part but easier to keep your feet on. It’ll be at least another week to get proper ones in, our mail service is going on strike.

            Solved it! Still no luck finding true sliders, but hit the dollar store and found some plastic containers that had perfect lids, just tried them and they work great, a styling hot pink as well 🙂 Super excited to try the slide workouts, do you have a favourite?

                Thanks! Two things that bring me absurd joy 🙂 I guess it’s sort of like picking a favourite child aye? I’m developing quite an obsession with the summer shred series though, but I have a feeling there are days that my joints will really appreciate this slide series 🙂

    Great workout! Zuka, would it be possible if you could create a 28 day “recharge” meal plan that include recipes etc? 🙂 It would be great to have a reference to something for meal plan ideas etc.

    Same as Fernanda, I did this one as a warm up to the Thursday workout, as I couldn’t train then, outpaced you by one or two reps.

    This was really intense! It’s always surprising how much more intense a workout is when one does it versus when one thinks about it after reading the breakdown….haha

    I did this 3 times for a 15 minute workout. It was intense man!!! I completed 1 round, all of #1 and 10 of #2 in 5 minutes. I completed 3 rounds and up to 10 reps of #2 in 15 minutes. Whew!

    I love classic style combos for 5 minute workouts. I don’t have to think as hard in terms of how to do the move which means I can push harder.

    This is a super duper cardio routine! I miss doing the intense cardio like this as i like my weights. Yes, the cardio is great with the weights, but doing the cardio like this is different; hard to explain. Can anyone relate? I need to go thru Zuzka’s book and incorporate those into my weekly routines
