Today I have for you a bodyweight routine from my book 15 Minutes To Fitthe simple 30-day guide to total fitness. The book got translated into Czech and Slovak language and I was brought to the Czech and Slovak republic just recently for interviews and book signing. What I found really interesting was that the majority of journalists, and TV hosts asked me exactly the same questions. Only a couple of them asked questions that could be described as out of the box. The most common questions about the book and my training was: “So is it really enough to workout only 15 minutes a day?” I decided to answer this question again. If you’re someone who’s been wondering about the same thing, then you might have an “aha” moment after you watch this video and do the workout with me.

    I was looking at the workout thinking this should be a 15’r not a 5! But then I watched the video and it made perfect sense. I did 10m instead of the 5, but did the same amount of reps as Z in the workout. I completed 2 full rounds in 10m.

    I did this as my 2nd workout of the day. 3 rounds and first 3 exercises in 15 mins. catching on breath and sweating. awesome quick workout.
