This workout is a time challenge and I would like to encourage you to try to complete the full round in less than 5 minutes, but don’t sacrifice your proper form. Doing these type of challenging exercises on a balance ball can be dangerous if you lose your balance, so please be careful. If you don’t feel hundred percent confident, then you need to work on your strength, agility and balance before you do these type of workouts. Those of you who came here to gain more strength and get a proper workout program that will make you more athletic, you’re in the right place.

If you’re a complete beginner and haven’t been exercising for a really long time, then you can start with my free 9 weeks long Bunny Slope Program.

Those of you who are intermediates or just finished the Bunny Slope Program, can jump into my 12 week Cardio & Strength starter program that will get you ready for my more challenging routines I post into my weekly workout schedule.

      Hi Maiju,

sorry to answer instead of Zuzka, but I thought I would give you the tip, you should choose the exercise ball according to your size, check amazon and in the description they should say what size is good for you. when I bought mine for example I got something like a S size because I only 155 cm but for taller people they have bigger sizes! hope this helps!

Haa good to see that I am not the only one having a hard time with the ball. The only part I can do is elevated plank push up. Needs lots of balancing work … hmmm

That will be fun. I can see myself all over the place chasing the ball. 😄

The second exercise was so challenge for me! I could barely keep balance! But I so love it! And the last exercise is very awesome!

Hi Zuzka, The #1 & #2 were intense to keep a good balance! I was super wobbly on the #2. I repeated this wo 4X ;-). By the time I reached the 4th time doing this routine, my form on the #2 was nicely executed. Super awesome & great combos! xoxo

    Hi Zuzka-
Take as much time as you need. As for the workout, I lost control of the ball a couple of times and scare my cat!

I think recording myself during this workout would have made a great comedy! Lost the ball a couple of times but overall not bad. I think #2 was the hardest for me keeping balance.
