This workout is a time challenge and I would like to encourage you to try to complete the full round in less than 5 minutes, but don’t sacrifice your proper form. Doing these type of challenging exercises on a balance ball can be dangerous if you lose your balance, so please be careful. If you don’t feel hundred percent confident, then you need to work on your strength, agility and balance before you do these type of workouts. Those of you who came here to gain more strength and get a proper workout program that will make you more athletic, you’re in the right place.

Workout Breakdown
Time Challenge – Complete in less than 5 minutes
Swiss ball:
1. One leg elevated push up / one leg elevated lunge x 5/5
2. Ball supported crunch with one legged leg lift x 5/5
3. Hardcore egg roll to one leg elevated side plank x 5/5
4. One leg squat with side roll x 10/10

This was surprisingly challenging because of the emphasis on balance. I used a smaller 45 cm ball, which I think made this more challenging (less surface area for balancing). I loved it!! I did it twice. The first time I completed 1 round in 5:10. Second time 1 round in 4:50.
Zuzka, we 100% understand how hard this past month could be and we support you!! Thank you for another awesome core/stability add-on. I love how my abs felt after this workout!

Great to see I’m not the only one cursing the ball…after yesterday’s workout where I had to modify almost every routine I did 2 rounds of this one and now feel like I did a full length wo. 🙂

Hi Zu and friends…very nice 5 min workout…I also loved it! It was not intense but it was a pleasant way to work the abs with the ball…I love to do abs workout with the ball…I also did it twice but I was not much worried about the time challenge. I did two rounds in less than 14:00 minutes. I am saving it in favorite list. Hope you will be back on track soon Zu…we are with you! Pistol challenge last day- day 21-30 reps each leg. My pistols definitely improved, specially left leg that is weaker…but still need to keep working on this. See you all, take care.
1st time-21st Oct 2016-2 rounds-14:00 (did not check with timer)-I did few more reps of exercise 2-10 each leg in second round.
