GM Zuzkie! Two quick FYIs, (1) the workout breakdown only shows 10 reps for number 4 not 20 and (2) the breakdown lists 5 numbers but there are only 4 combos.
Otherwise, this looks like another good one. I am considering making this a 15 min AMRAP.

After the killer legs workout, I nearly died 4 times during this workout 😅 It was really challenging, loved the combos! Happy Friday everyone 😊

I am thinking to start soon a shredding program to start preparing for summer time. Snow is melting and we will be on the beach early July.No need to store fat. (silly because nature goes the other way round…you store while food is available in large amounts, because winter time is harsh…humans are really strange !)
Since I am doing postural therapy, I don’t want to mess with my progress, so not sure what to do. Also I will avoid too heavy lifting as it caused me health issues last year.
I think I will focus on jump rope (helps for good posture and cardio) and add some bodyweight moves for toning (but not too many push-ups as I have already tight pecs and rounded shoulders).
Mostly it will need to be nutrition adjustments and enjoy spring fresh food.

Ok couldn’t even keep up with the first two exercises in the 5 minute after the killer legs and am sweating like an animal 🙂 Just happy I did it this Friday…….whoooohooooo!!!
