Today I’m using this really cool interval timer app Seconds Pro on my phone. As you can see in the video, the app has the capability to talk out loud and lead you through the workout, letting you know what exercise comes next. You can also set it to a simple beep for each interval and you can add your own music! This way you can keep your HIIT, Circuit, Tabata, and custom workouts and workout breakdowns in your phone which is really handy when traveling and your phone is the only thing you have always with you. The app is free to download and try all the features but if you want to save/import or share timers, you’ll need to make a one time purchase.

Zuzka always looks fantastic! But I have noticed also that she is looking extremely lean lately (not better, as she always looks great, just leaner) It is hard to be so lean and still maintain your feminine shape. But Zuzana always looks super feminine.

I’m amazed at how you have consistently good and creative workouts. I loved this one! I did it 3x’s through. I did 2 toe touch/2 plank jump because when I tried to roll over quickly my form felt bad. Love the pool, birds chirping, and the app! Happy Friday!

great app! I have downloaded the free version to try it…and immediately downloaded the full version afterwards.
I see there is a list of repository timers…OMG! does it mean you (Zuzka) can create the timer for your workout and we can just “download” it so we don’t have to all enter individually on our side??? that would be A-MA-ZING!!

Good mini workout. I combined it with 5 min workout #33.
Z & team–I think it would be a nice feature if we could have a page within our own personal account that would let us tag which workouts were our favorites. This way it would be easier to remember which workouts we wanted to repeat later on down the road. I know another zgym member had already suggested maybe a spreadsheet for keeping track of our times and scores. I think that would be a beneficial option also.

I had started to make an excel file with different tabs (per workout series), then entering the routine on the comment of a cell, and columns are scores.
each line is a different workout.
then I noticed that I don’t have a computer handy…so last week-end I printed the routines on paper (1 breakdown per page) I can make some drawings to remind me of the exercise, how it looks like.
I have a binder where I slip each page per workout series.
I can then print my weekly schedule and put on top of sheet, which one I have to do.
As for community “sense”, I had vowed several times a way we can chat more amongst eachother, and have a profile page. I had started on DietBet last March, but it is not within Zgym. I would rather a “private” community.

Hi Zuzka, I think having a like and being able to edit and/or delete a post should be higher priority that members profiles. Also I wanted to purchase another jump rope so went to equipment only to find it directs you to exercises with jump ropes. This cool, but I would also like a link to purchase ropes and kettlebells, please.
