Today I’m using this really cool interval timer app Seconds Pro on my phone. As you can see in the video, ย the app has the capability to talk out loud and lead you through the workout, letting you know what exercise comes next. You can also set it to a simple beep for each interval and you can add your own music! This way you can keep your HIIT, Circuit, Tabata, and custom workouts and workout breakdowns in your phone which is really handy when traveling and your phone is the only thing you have always with you. The app is free to download and try all the features but if you want to save/import or share timers, you’ll need to make a one time purchase.

    I, today, was a though day for me. For the first time in my life, I wasn’t in the mood to do anything. I think life bring me lots a bad things and I can’t get out of this bad time. Exercice is helping, but, after, I am still feeling the same way. I hope one day, I will be able to find peace in my soul and my heart. But, I am still doing my exercices because it bring me lots of hope and force.

      Stay with it Peter! I hope you do find peace. Exercise here with a wonderful community is a good start. It’s good for your mind, body, and soul if you stay consistent and start seeing results it transfers to other areas of life as well. Some things will always be out of our control, but this is one thing that you CAN take control of. We are lime a family here ๐Ÿ™‚

    Oh oh..oh no! (just as an observation here Z). Generally tight abs are great looking but I really wince when it looks like stress has taken hold of a body part. I see great overall smooth tone but the bulging veins in this bikini shot make me wonder if maybe there is an indication of too much strain? .. might be overly concerned but I do feel like family and worry like a jewish mother, ooxx.!

    I missed yesterday’s workout cos I had so much important errands to run and ended up falling asleep early so I doubled up today. I did yesterday’s this morning and then I did x3 rounds of this one right now which is almost 8 mins… I might do this again tonight since I missed yesterday. I really want to get results since I entered the contest! Shouldn’t of missed yesterday so working twice as hard to make up for it!

    Hi Zuzka, I have a very hard time doing any type of side plank, my wrists hurt when I do them. What would you suggest to help build shoulder and wrist strength?

    I definitely should have watched this one before trying it last night. I spent too much time trying to figure out which exercise to do ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m going to repeat the workout today, along with the postural routine.

    Hi Zuzka,
    I have a question- I do your workouts religiously, but lately I’ve noticed that I have gained some weight, 5 pounds or so, and a couple inches all over. It’s mostly muscle, but I am definitely feeling a bit bulkier than I would like. My diet is very healthy and hasn’t really changed. Any suggestions, maybe for your next coffee talk?
