Today I’m using this really cool interval timer app Seconds Pro on my phone. As you can see in the video, the app has the capability to talk out loud and lead you through the workout, letting you know what exercise comes next. You can also set it to a simple beep for each interval and you can add your own music! This way you can keep your HIIT, Circuit, Tabata, and custom workouts and workout breakdowns in your phone which is really handy when traveling and your phone is the only thing you have always with you. The app is free to download and try all the features but if you want to save/import or share timers, you’ll need to make a one time purchase.

This was much more challenging than I expected. And pleasantly so. I feel like it targeted abs very well, without having to resort to crunches and sit ups. 🙂
I actually did this 25/5 for 4 rounds to make 12 minutes. I did it after the Summer Shred #1. Great combination!

Hi Zuzka and friends, 5 min wo are hard! I did this one today also. Repeated 2 times, so total 4 rounds in 10 min. I am feeling my body heavy and my lower back is still paining from yesterday´s KB wo. So I was dawn slow today! Keep going…see you, take care.
My time:
1st time- May 2015- 3 rounds with extra time
2nd time- Jun 2015- 4 rounds in 10 min

I did Summer Shred # 8X in 15:48 minutes, and last time was in 19:15 minutes
Beginner Strength # 4 = 16 minutes ( 4 rounds Tabata)
5 minutes workout # 35 Abs, two times = 10 minutes
