I hope you guys are enjoying the Summer Shred Workout series in ZGYM and making a great progress. Your before photos are waiting to be paired with your amazing afters, so don’t get distracted. Keep your eyes on the goal and keep going. There’s a lot that can be accomplished in 5 weeks. A lot of you have been asking me how to deal with emotional eating which seems to be the number one thing that stands in your way of getting into great shape. I get it. It’s not always easy to say no to a second dessert or another delicious chocolate smoothie that you know you shouldn’t have. That’s why I started a 30 day No More Emotional eating challenge and did a little coffee talk for you guys. I’ll be posting some tips on my Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to help you through the month so stay tuned.

Loved the ab splitters! I remember these from an old Zwow….i loved them back then as well although i have to rest my feet during each move…did two rounds along with 5 minute workout #36 (3 rounds for that workout).

I did not really care for this workout. Moves are too complex to work at such a fast pace…. you definitely have to perfect form here!!

2 rounds…. those leg lifts to side kick are brutal! What a brilliant mind you’ve got to torture us! And we love it! 🙂 LOL

I did 4 5 minute workouts this morning. This one, #36, 37 again, #29….whew!!! 286 calories. Did pause in between each workout to load up the next.

Ahh man I knew it was only a matter of time before I would see these moves! Been following your Instagram and you always have little clips/mini challenges that I’ve been keeping up with.
The heel lift/side kicks kicked my ass a couple weeks ago… excited to try them again!
