I hope you guys are enjoying the Summer Shred Workout series in ZGYM  and making a great progress. Your before photos are waiting to be paired with your amazing afters, so don’t get distracted. Keep your eyes on the goal and keep going. There’s a lot that can be accomplished in 5 weeks. A lot of you have been asking me how to deal with emotional eating which seems to be the number one thing that stands in your way of getting into great shape. I get it. It’s not always easy to say no to a second dessert or another delicious chocolate smoothie that you know you shouldn’t have. That’s why I started a 30 day No More Emotional eating challenge and did a little coffee talk for you guys. I’ll be posting some tips on my Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to help you through the month so stay tuned.

    perfect. did it 3 X added a buy in/out of step ups and triceps dips..since I am in Europe, I always do a day late (I m an early morning workout person)…thanks you and keep up the good work

    this one was *awesome***!!!! i did two rounds, followed by the buy-out from summer-shred 6, then a crow and a pair of flying pigeons 😀
    perfect!!! (it is not my recovery day, because i got a cold this week, and had to sleep for two days :P)

    Zuzka, I Loved This Workout! This was actually fun and… I taught my three teenage girls a new burpee combo the pancake combo! One they don’t know about, that doesn’t happen often! Thanks again.

    I made some modifications after round 1. Pike push up donkey kick/ regular burpees/ 1 set alt. plank lift side kick and the last one manmakers with 15lb dumbbells. These changes made the last 2 rounds more difficult for me:)

    Hi Zuzka and friends, nice short workout…anyways today I did not have time to do more! Last exercise is very hard, I do need to practise that one.
    Tomorrow I am flying back home and I will start following the schedule again! See u, take care.

    Great ! Did 3 rounds – so 15 minutes. The plank exercise killed me ! 15 minutes actually went by really fast because of all the diversity in the movements. 🙂

    Thsi was fun. Enjoyable due to varied but cchallenging moves.

    Those pancake burpees were tricky, but fun. The plank combos were killer, almost didn’t make it through. Donkey kicks were my fav!
